Our in-house team will prepare construction drawings and submit pool designs to the city for permit approval.
4-6 Months (Varies)
Once your permit is approved, we’ll meet with you on site to review everything one last time. Then, it’s time to break ground and begin construction!
We’ll prepare your yard, protect trees, and work with inspectors to make sure we’re ready to dig!
This is when our excavation and formwork crews will give your pool its basic shape. Then you’ll see rebar, electrical, and plumbing installed as we move closer to an exciting milestone…
After inspectors double check our work, we’re ready to spray your concrete pool shell! While it’s curing, we’ll install your equipment pad, then waterproof your pool shell.
Tile, coping, plaster, oh my! This is where your pool really starts to look beautiful with your custom selections. After plaster, it’s time to fill your pool with water! But it’s not time to swim just yet.
Almost there! We’ll balance the chemicals in your water, obtain final inspections and safety checks so you can enjoy your new pool! We also include a Pool School and final orientation to make sure you’re educated on how to enjoy your pool for years to come.
