Small yard, BIG style! This project might just be the tiniest backyard we've transformed yet—but it’s packed with big style and smart features!

Nestled in a modern, sustainable neighborhood just east of downtown Austin, this project came with unique challenges, like ultra-small yards and tight construction access. But we love a challenge!

Our clients requested features for effortless maintenance and year-round enjoyment, so we included an automatic retractable cover, electric heater/chiller (and dedicated heater for the spa), as well as UV and automation systems to make maintenance a breeze.

The interior layout is perfect for lounging, with plenty of bench seating and a depth range from 3'6" to 5'0".

Design details include White Mini Pebble plaster and Alberta Blue tile from Fireclay.
